in a peaceful, safe sanctuary

You will be greeted with a friendly smile and led into a warm, clean, cozy treatment room lit with aromatherapy candles and the sound of soft music or a guided meditation of your choice.

Suzy will consult with you to discuss your needs and she will explain the different treatments that may be suitable for you. All information is kept strictly confidential.

You will undress to YOUR comfort level. At a minimum your torso area will be covered at all times with a towel.

Suzy incorporates aromatherapy oils which she applies with long, effective, gliding strokes to relax and rejuvenate muscles. If you opt to have a facial, body scrub, reflexology, these will be incorporated seamlessly into your massage experience.

The fragrances of the oils will help you relax your body and/or uplift your spirit. If you wish, non-scented Coconut oil can also be used - particularly if you're popping in during work hours.

After the treatment Suzy will offer a hot towel rubdown to remove excess oil from your skin if you require.

You will have a gentle stretch to come back to reality and leave feeling balanced, relaxed and rejuvenated.
